My aim is to make myself redundant. I will coach rather than facilitate and enable the team to operate at its best without needing me in the long-term. No two teams are exactly the same, therefore the detail of the approach will be different. The detail emerges as we work through the process above. It's inclusive with team members and requires an investment usually over a year, however, you can pay as you go.
