It’s winter and the dark nights and dark mornings mean we are lacking in Vitamin D. The heating is on and its making us all feel tired. We have started eating comfort food to keep us warm and the Christmas parties have already started so we are over indulging and not getting enough sleep. I’m shattered just thinking about it!
